The Highest Percentage Group of People Who been Aimed by ISA

Are these people going to ruin the stability of this country ?


As my understand of the ISA, is acting to lock up (without trial) those who ruin the stability of country and being a threat to the safety of the nation. (as per my damn poor english level perception)



In my own observation, normally the highest percentage group of people who might threatening the nation are :-

1. age from 35 to 65;


2. military background; or underground military trained;


3. man (rather than woman)



The person been locked up recently (and released after a day) was an "underage" lady!


So, we are wondering why she had been locked up ?
