(Below is an open-letter to ease a respectful YB's moaning in his Facebook recently)

Yang BerHORMAT Manoharan Malayalam,

Since the first day you released from the cruel detention and reinstated back to your YB seat, I know from my good instinct that your are conscience and decent man.
I believe me, and the fellow of your constituents here will agree that rocket(s) always stand as a precious bridge for (opposition) supporters to rant and vent unhappiness with the governance, which for Selangor state, the Pakatan Rakyat (a PKR-led state government, for more precise), here.

The flood issue in this time considered another nature environmental 'fate' (phenomenon) which this reason should be pleased by most Pakatan' (PKR for more precise) supporters. I won't deny that it was of course another 'fate' to test our man-kind the ability to adapt, where most of us have use to live in this unfortunate environment for almost 30 or 40 years, which of course during the BN governance.

The ultimate question or the point of my two penny here is : Is flood avoidable ? Forgive me for my poor vocabulary or grammar here, or maybe I should ask :
Is there any preventative method against flood ?

Well, the answers for my question is very obvious and you even able to find 24,400,000 results while you google it !!
Yes! It got more than tens millions of answers while of course some are craps which I won’t deny in that particular search. This is not what I'm going to elaborate here when most of you in the corridor of power should knew better and more knowledgeable than me with expertise serve with the government.

Yes, I won’t deny a fact that the BN had ruled the Selangor state governance for half a century.
Back in 70s before the Kuala Lumpur detached and formed its own Wilayah Persekutuan territory, the Selangorian already suffered the bitterness of flood. I won’t deny too while most of us supported Pakatan (Rocket, PKR or PAS) in the last election not just only due by this Mickey-mouse reason but to hope for a [better Malaysia] which is a more grand ambition, in term.

I have to bend kick (which means not gonna to smash your scrotum) your comrades especially KeADILan (PKR)’s people elected assemblymen (ADUN) and its imbecilic, a foaming at the mouth, saliva dripping, bulging eyed, raving demagogue supporters in my following words here.

It's quite amusing while seeing most of us ( I mean mostly those who critised their most against the cow-minister aka opposition ie Ke-X-DIL(烂), Tony the YB and other fanatic-farkatan-fans, farkatan paywhore ie Facebook's group pages administrators etc.) are overwhelmed by the charges against the HUSBAND of the cow-minister.
Yes, it is the HUSBAND but not the cow-minister !!

I believe these bunch of criticizers aka whistlerblowers will hands off right at this point and 'yum-seng' (饮胜, Cantonese word. Means Cheers for victory) after the announcement of prosecution.

Prosecution negotiation or sympathy should NEVER become a barrier in combating against corruption.

Now, the point is, are these bunch of oppositions aka criticizers are sincerity in fight for corruption or they were all the while just wanted to dig rival's political-grave by revealing fault-play by the ruling alliance ?

You then argue that we must accept a bit of corruption from the opposition for the sake of ABU.

The way the Malays interpret this is that you are not sincere about eradicating corruption. You are just using this as an excuse to justify kicking out Umno. If the opposition perpetuates corruption you are prepared to ‘close both eyes’ for the sake of ABU. In fact, you will curse the person who reveals corruption in the opposition.

So why do you want ABU then? Is it to eradicate corruption? The way the Malays see it, it is to eradicate Malay political power. And that would be even more reason to keep Umno in power. !!!

The fact is, the actual time of my complaint was somewhere back in July 2009. I don't understand the meaning of [action taken after my complaint; and then change contractor in late 2009]. The late 2009, as I assume with your written was during Oct, Nov to Dec 2009. So, in other word, you are telling me that THEY TOOK THREE MONTHS THEN ONLY START ACTION ??

You wrote [Mr Rajoo email dated 12:24am Sat midnight] <==> then under a bracket you wrote you are having telephone conversation with him...I really confused for my damned poor Engrand again...ok then, both of you may having email correspondence at that moment; both of you too may having telephone conversation at that moment; and both of you may having other way of connection in which I strongly state that I am NOT interested to know whatsoever it is, cause this is nothing to do with the purely concern on the clogged drain system by the residents there.

As per you wrote, the email replied by Mr Rajoo written [Tq and the foto are taken when the contractors under BN ruling but now you dont see this kind of drains anymore]. .....This sounded clearly like someone trying to skip away from responsibility by accusing all faults due by their predecessor.
Let me tell you dear little Vienna, the photos shown in my blog was taken on 2009 July 19, that was a year after 308 (GE-12) which the PKR won & rules Selangor state government, and NOT as per your written that Mr Rajoo emailed wrote as under BN ruling! It's either you had misinterpreted Mr Rajoo email, misquoted his written or one of you was lying !! The proof of dates photo taken still with me when I right-click onto the [Properties] button of those photos which safely saved in my office desktop.

4. At the end of your comment, you comb him like a cat with praising him this - [He is actually a very helpful guy and he welcomes you guys to call him or email him or look for him at his house here:

At that moment, I still thanked him and softly reminded him to shoot photos (of proof) and update to the respective ADUN (who is his BOSS - Pencabut Gigi Xavier Jayakumar) 's blogsite, as pertaning the issue which he might once again forget to feedback/reply to me.

So, I'm very curious, how comes he had changed now, even late night in the Saturday also reply an email to you...unless (for other reason?)

5. I really could not find any [helpFUL] way he was as per cat-comb description by you. Even in your first sentence, you started with this [Mr Rajoo has been very very efficient in his reply and follow up with me.] rrrrrr, Oh my Gosh! In my poor Engrand interpretation, you was implying that he is a sex-discrimination covert-gentleman who only play to be efficient to lady.

6. However, still a million thanks for your concern to this issue without counting on you are either truly sincere or truly naive to be horsed up by PKR, still, pleased to see your 'enthusiasm' to wipe their mess.

7. At last, and not as per both of us expected ones, the residents in that area still mumbling about those photos shown by you still clearly showing clogging water with expected larva to growww...
And they might even shoot you more photos like this, and some even said that “this type of photos can be easily downloaded from anyway in website …” , and etc.

8. Yes and No.
Yes, the problem still exists as of today. You may even arrange reporters to verify then. Till then, they still have plenty of times to clear the fog / clogging drains, dear.
And No, I won’t be there to accompany the gang of hypocrite, spinner and incompetent to verify the situation. Once again, I AM NOT THE RESIDENT THERE, I was just tooOooo coincidentally saw the truth of fact and being toooOoooo gooOd-heartEd to alert our belovEd Pakatan 's. For all unknown, God knows.

Since a long time I didn’t write…"couldn’t find a time” is a lazy reason I give here. Indeed the distress I felt on political party in this country made me disgust and disappointed to hit my keyboard.

Well, the following doubts and suspicious aroused my typo again today…

Firstly, let’s kudos to Penang state Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng & fellow EXCOs in the state government for asset declaration motion.
This is a brave motion towards a clean government, even bearing a risk of inducing eyespot by unsolicited syndicate.

This motion also has induced sarcastically topic by their political rival that they are movie-acting to please the voters, mainly Penangties. This became a coffee shops’ chat-topic with many are asking now : "Why they didn't show their next-of-kin's asset as well ?"

It could still considered as a barely trust pertaining that they are confident enough to capture the voters' perceiving. Further to this, the 'follow-up' step by the CM Lim urging the federal government cabinet Ministers to even follow his step by declaring assets might dragged himself into an awkward situation ~.~


When he himself was alone in urging the Prime Minister without his close partner in Pakatan i.e. the Annar Ibrahim to 'show support' , leaving another questionnaire risen – “Why someone is trying to skip away from sight ?”

When most of us especially pro-Pakatans rely on Malaysiakini for alternative news in this country, why we could not find any news of this act of urging by CM Lim to be published for the sake of entire Malaysian?

In my perception, the Malaysiakini is a purely pro-PKR or pro-Annar website, which indeed at its many occasions, jerking up Annar by downgrading greatness of DAP.
It is easy to be understood the blocking at the backstage which deems necessary by the top-rank inside to ‘skip’ and keep their ‘master’ away from the asset-declaration sight, by censoring another highlight of DAP could be their only mask to used.

I hearsay that Annuar’s house is landed on a hill located at Segambut. The address given was easy to be found. There are about 8-10 bungalows surrounded a round-shape hill, which the hill is approximately 5 storey height. I estimate these bungalows here value at RM5,000,000 at least !!

After Annuar released / acquitted from jail, he had traveled everywhere globally to give lecturing, I hearsay. I think he earned quite good money too during that period.

To Malaysian, especially Pakatan Supporters here, think wisely and chose smart…every step counts….

Maxis has became the most profitable telecommunication company (telco) in Malaysia.
Maxis top listed as the biggest gainer beating others amongst its same industry in the second quarter annual report this year 2011.

I have no question about its well performance where its BOD consists of many capable persons with great perspective and its great main shareholder – one of the richest people in Malaysia.

What makes me doubt is whether they are hiring a group of management with money scamming talent who have many to prove (their capability), to invent and operate such a scam to hook users money continuously.

Nobody dares to crash against the most profitable company (off course, it’s perceived as a powerful ‘syndicate’ in collusion).
“Who dares to touch a company with hundreds employees, gaining billion of profit and off course, could have linked with some ‘undisclosed background’ either in political or underground world ?” ;

“Who’s the idiot dares to report officially any fraud or fault play which hooking up public money ?” ;

“Who’s in the authority department dares to probe genuinely into any complaint against certain syndicate whom might had feed his/her superior periodically ?” …..

Off course many of us chosen the decision to [ignore] such a scam which only cheated off our penny of twos; many of us chosen the decision to [ignore] such a complaint which did not prick onto our own skin; many of us chosen the decision to [ignore] those unfortunates whom have nothing related to us.
This [ignore] habitual has pro-long and encourage such the scam which could has rolled off billion dollars of our nation’s hard earnings !! The most damned part is we hearsay that the billion being scammed off might have used to manipulate election result to strengthen their ‘feed-one’ power and eventually pro-long their scams. $15,000,000 or $60,000,000 considered easy money to them if they able to hold their bulwark !

While this country is celebrating its double festive - 54th merdeka (independence) day & 'Hari Raya Aidilfitri' (Muslim festive), joyful & cheerful could be heard everywhere.

I am not here to distort your precious moment. While you are having the great reunion with your beloved family, do you aware that few of them (even your own) might have got ‘stolen’ quietly of your hard earning by certain syndicated and well organized scam ?

While most of your reunion’s talks are grumbling about the bad economy situation, do you know that there are some legal and public listed companies might with ‘some undisclosed background’ gaining billion in profit ?

With my head still in surfing mode of daydreaming, I was living in a country named Matasia. One of my pretty playmate got herself murdered by two shots on her head then body exploded !
The case remains as a hit-chat even the killer faced his justice of being penalized to hang until die, but no much people (at least those other who are not in the court room) ever seen the killer’s face. With some good imagination of Hollywood movie that identity swapping technique widely used to protect ‘in-favoured’ person, who knows that the one to be hung then could be another scapegoat’s body ?

And my head could have still hangover with the faked cognac Louis XIII last night besides the long-lasting daydream now, one of my far-crossed-relative making a complaint to police that he been threatened by 'Ah Long' (loan-shark). An officer thrown him back with this: “Who asked you to borrow from Ah Long?”, further with this: “If everyone goes and borrows money from load shark then makes a complaint here with intention to escape from paying back, then you think we act like a shelter for Ah Long’s borrower !? “
With the officer way of treating to my poor relative, would you think he would continue with officiating his complaint ? ..Damned! These all are cracking my head while I’m feeling too heavy to command my fingers to type on with exploring the ‘darkside’ of cronyism.

Ask yourself these questions:
Would you do something to stop such a scam which rolls off billion of the nation’s hard earnings ?
Would you make an official report to complain against a scam ? To Whom ? By then, would you think that the authority you complain to could have put in genuine effort to stop the scam operation ?

The answers could be variant here unless you had chosen a decision of [ignore] to the first question.

Most of the us could have chosen the decision to ignore such a scam which is only cheats off our penny of twos. This psychological trick had been widely used by accumulating systematic scam. The tiny pence they ‘steal’ from you should accumulating into billion dollars if the number of victims increase! The answer to question of why the number of victims increase exactly hit the point here – “We all chosen the decision of [ignore] to the scam due to we ourselves just losing penny of twos” !!

Mobile phone scam is a form of spamming directed in the form of text messaging service (SMS) of a mobile phone.
As the popularity of mobile phones surged in the early 2000s, frequent users of mobile service began to receive many unsolicited (and generally unwanted) commercial advertisements being sent to their telephones through SMS. This can be extremely annoying expecially you are in the middle of tasting your lover, and your partner would definitely suspicious and ask “Who the fuck is that?”
Unlike in email, some recipients could be charged a fee (or deduct their prepaid balance) without their consent for every message received ! This is absolutely damned if you intend to make a call but just to find out that your balance had ran out !!

SMS scam is illegal under common law in many jurisdictions as trespass to chattels. Jurisdictions with specific SMS scam regulation and fines include China, Australia, the EU, and the United States.
In June 2009, three major Chinese carriers—China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom—imposed limits on text messaging in order to crack down on spam SMS. Under the restrictions, a phone number can send no more than 200 messages per hour and 1000/day on weekdays.
In the United States, recipients of SMS scam can file a complaint with the FCC (the US authority). Violators face substantial costs.
In California, Section 17538.41 of the B&P Code bans text message advertisement. Consumers can sue on an individual or class basis per a private right of action against unfair business practices.
In Malaysia, we should ask: “What has the government done to protest us ?” !!!

The Asia countries had induced mushrooming planting of scams by telco.
The amount of mobile scam varies widely from region to region. In North America, much less than 1% of SMS messages were spam in 2010, while in parts of Asia up to 30% of messages were scam!!

We create awareness, and we need you to share this with your loving one.
Fighting SMS scam is complicated by several factors, including the lower rate of SMS scam (compared to more abused services such as Internet email), which has allowed many users to ignore the issue. I’m very doubt that our authority could have make some good money of this by working in collusion!!

KeADILan - Enemy of the State !

In the incident of Perkasa (and Unmo, Ezam) grouping thousands protested against Penang state government and threaten to force down the Penang bridge, besides clearly showing the barbarian but meditate way how the Perkasa (and Unmo, Ezam) testing the defence of Penang government, it also significantly alert the Penang (DAP-led) government that their counterpart in its coalition - the KeXDILan will definately sit aside for a drift policy.

The way the KeXDILan choose to be silent on this issue, clearly tagged they are a bunch of selfish polticians who will only outdare for anything to throne their mastermind become PM (to avoid jail execution?) but not for "demi Rakyat" (for sake of nation) as claimed by them.

This should absolutely alerted the Penang (DAP-led) state government that a dead-lock had been tied-up amongst Pakatan coalition. They (DAP's) ought to be take this 'enemy of the state' risk under their advisement that who have actually kick-start the spark !

The Selangor state opposition assemblyman ADUN, Y.B. Yap Ee Wah (Sungei Pelek) condemned Y.B. Lau Weng San (Kampung Tunku ADUN, N35 - assemblyman from ruling coalition of state government) early today.

“他谴责刘永山的言论，是睁眼说瞎话，欺骗人民”

Yap condemned Lau of lying to the nation with alluding opposition party in the state - MCA & UMNO lazy to attend state legislation assembly.

He urged Lau to show attendance record to prove his allegation.

Early this week, (according to a web-news portal) Lau politicked sarcastic MCA as an ultra-lousy opposition party in Selangor state.

To be frankly to my readers here, I am a Chinese and my political party preference is – 1. DAP & Gerakan 3. PAS 4. MCA and 5. (the worst) PKR. This Lau who is wearing DAP tag could have made himself ball-crabbed with his absurdity and rash statement which criticised others if without any solid proven record.

Let me show you some facts here:
According to a pro-Pakatan news portal end of last year, Nov15 2010, the state assembly meeting record showed a meeting had be to adjourned due to insufficient attendance!!

There were only 3 EXCO and 10 Pakatan (ruling coalition) assemblymen in the hall.

So, my question is very simple –
“Where were the twenty over other Pakatan ‘s assemblymen ?"


Lau! Please don’t make yourself portrayed as an idiot and becomes real shame of DAP!!! Go educate (equipped) yourself well. Thank you!

Why PAKATAN DESPERATE to deny 2/3 majority in Parliament ? !!!

Now certain number MP of the Pakatan's was banned (suspended) by the parliament. Many have condemned the ruling party - BN for this motion to ban Pakatan's MP with intention to conquer back 2/3 majority in parliament !!

This is totally hypo!!!

Look at these fact which I gathered recently (recently means, for the pass tense, YES! there were the same habit or patent) =>

1. In the vote section of RM10 pay cut to Minister of Energy
"Voting for a RM10 pay cut for the Minister of Energy, Green Technology & Water.
Results : Support motion = 47; Decline = 58 => Motion Rejected:
(a definate purposedly? defeat for Pakatan Rakyat)

Total votes = 105

(meaning those other hundred something ? "goyang goyang kaki" shaking leg laying comfortably at home ?? !!!)


2. somewhere back in November.
according to a pro-pakatan!! webnews,

"there was not enough compulsory quantity of ADUN to sit in for state assembly early today which this had adjourn the legislation meeting !!"



We all know that by denying the ruling party of 2/3 majority is to prevent certain power from amending the constitution; but look at the fact, they themselves not even attend the parliamentary section or voting section; and we all should keep on trusting them to uphold the what and what rights, this and that, bla bla bla.....etc ? You still believe ?

This is how PKR's work..

Since the Dr. Xavier Jayakumar, ADUN Tmn Sri Andalas and EXCO member of Selangor state government, stands ignore and arrogant against public complaint, I decided to let his boss know about his incompetency. Like little boy being nasty, normally auntie will threat by saying "i will tell your mama".
OK., here is the story...

Yesterday at about 8:06am, I tweet YB DS Anwar Ibrahim

Xavier Jayakumar reply a tweet to me in less than 30minutes right after my tweet to YB DS Anwar Ibrahim, a tremendous improvement compares to his ignore on "gaji buta" issue for almost 1 year (450,000minutes)!
I started to blog about his constituents issues on July 02,2009 - click HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE. and I had created a discussion group - [say NO to "gaji buta" ADUN & MP] in facebook to give him more pressure for doing right - serve Rakyat. With extremely well growing in membership [Say NO to "gaji-buta" ADUN & MP] hits its 500 members within 2 months, and still growing with 1000members within 6months. But seems all worthless due for this PKR's is still on his comfortably seat, with occasionally open house here - kenduri there but nothing obvious seen to be done to solve the complaint! And worst, not even a single reply we seen from his genuine heart to help up his own constituents!!
And now, with a surprised! (He might had just got a knock from his boss, YB DS Anwar Ibrahim, who also holds a sustain position in Selangor state government) Dr Xavier Jayakumar finally reply!

I can smell fishy in his invitation, don't you?
I decide to keep my blogging identification as anonymous for many reasons but not to elaborate here. Besides, he knows the issue well. The issue had noticed thousands of people, its quite weird and unbelievable if he tells me that he unaware of it!

Right after i tweet him on the above, you know what happen ?
HE BLOCK ME OUT from following his tweet. wakakakakkakakak! He acts very immature not more than a kid, "Wa tak mau campur lu main!" wakakakkaakka.
See how they react ? how they react against public complaint? and they keep on saying that they serve Rakyat, but this ....?? what a big joke and joker in political party!

So, now I know how it goes - if any of PKR's elected reps not working properly, COMPLAIN-LAH to its mastermind - the genius, YB DS Anwar Ibrahim! But don't put a high hope, at the end of the day your complaint might not be solved as well. do you believe ?

Right before the Hulu Selangor by-election, one of Anwar's right-hand man, Sim Tze Tzin, also the ADUN for Penang state assembly, request to add me as 'friend' in Facebook.

I was no surprised but intend to reveal his actual mean behind his suspicious movement. Due to my 'boombastic' non-stoping and 'never give-up' spirit to unveil imcompentency, arrogant and ignorancy on public complaint of the Parti KeADILan Rakyat's law-makers, few of Anwar's aide de camp moron assistants (or fanatics) have trying to track me down in the past few months.
I was not surprised this YB (Yang Berhormat) or "Yang Badut ?" was just another fly! They had trying to send 'careless-fail' to track me. Ok! now this is the higher-ranking in the party. He was one of Anwar's bulldogs when 'reformasi' time and one of few Chineses who're very close to Anwar. ~..geli~..

After I got to know about his request to add me as 'friend' in Facebook, I somehow dragged him into my quest by asking him "Why adding me ?" although I'd known his answer given could be a rhetoric one.

so, he answered "we uphold democratic principles. Even you may be wrong, i will defend your rights to speak..." see how rhetoric one. And trying to comfort me by saying this "We can exchange ideas," and lastly this "no worries"

So, his points were:
1. They (PKR 's ?) uphold democratic principles;

2. He will defend our (Rakyat) rights to speak;

3. Encouraging us to exchange ideas;

4. no worries (NO FEAR ?).

ok..great one then.

Then after the PKR had defeated shamefully in the HS by-election, I pin-pointed out their weakness with these:

Besides, recently I read about other 'Rakyat' s comment about him in Facebook >>

These show how they practise [[uphold democratic principles]], [[encouraging people to exchange ideas]] and see how another one of his moron comrade-PKR ADUN Perak- Chang Lih Kang slapped their own faces by killing 'Rakyat' rights to speak >>
they even tried of using others (fanatic) to humiliate 'Rakyat' when they heard unfavorable voices.

They'll treat each commentator who giving unfavorable opinion is pro-UMNO or pro-BN.

Now we know, they can't be condemned. They are great. They never do anything wrong. Don't ever try to piss on them, they will revenge !! This sounded like dictatorship as what they had condemned about Barisan.

PKR, What's your next {move} ? ..on my counts ?

My first created community group in Facebook are heading to reach 1,000 members soon.
The [Say NO to "gaji-buta" ADUN & MP] group with its objective to ALERT those ADUN or MP voted in by us but ignore public concern issue or complaint, was getting hit since its started two months ago, on the 26th of August, 2009.

Many conscience ADUNs and MPs had joined the group. Many aid de camp, personal assistants/political secretary joined as well as many political observers joined the group too. I'm greatful to all wonderful public who have joined with their sincere and conscience hearts too.

Today, I'm shocked when got to know that this man who's walks shoulder-by-shoulder with Anwar Ibrahim joined the group too.

Mansor Othman, the Penang newly appointed Deputy Chief Minister replacing his precede - the other scandal fulled PKR's, is Anwar Ibrahim's key man.

In Anwar's year of being Deputy Prime Minister, Mansor is his aid de camp hold an official position as Political Secretary for DPM.

How should I start to write this…
All this was an echo following my correspondence experiences with our beloved, voted and respectful(ED) (in bahasa - Yang pernah Berhormat) state assemblymen (ADUN - Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri). I don’t hope that any of my precious reader here to have this whenever you encounter any complaint or constrained situation where you need a favour from your voted people’s representative (so called the ADUN).

To make this short, actually it’s not, lets me brief you what was going on > > >
July 01, 2009 WED - I visited a housing area in Tmn Sri Sentosa, Klang.


Findings: 1. Drainage system failure; 2. High risk accidental T-junction.

July 03 FRI - I asked YB Charles Santiago (VOTED Member of Parliament for Klang).Besides suggested him to prevent accident in the high risk T-Junction,In his Facebook, I wrote

The "longkang" drainage in Tman Seri Sentosa was cleaned out the last time before election last year.
Now its had been abandoned for whole year!

After being waited days after days and worrying about the mosquitoes growth in thousands which sting children, and there was none of any more response by YB Charles.

Besides pasted photos at the blog (http://jp3rdparty.blogspot.com/2009/07/by-jp-these-are-sick-drains-longkang-in.html) to notice YB Charles, this time I decided to call his phone to inform him verbally in order to find out why there was no response, as my worries goes on with the stinging children mosquitoes. Dengue ? H1N1 ? He cares or not ?? !
I rang to YB Charles (016-XXX 7797) at around 8pm the same few day.
A lady named herself [Sara] answered.
JP: “Hello, Is this YB Charles around? ”
Sara: “I am assistant to YB, Sara here ”
JP: “Miss, this is regarding a public concern issue in Tmn Sri Sentosa, Klang..”
(without clearly acceptance of my complaint) This quick-react lady answered: “Would you mind to call back tomorrow in the office hour? It’s after office hour already.”
.....well, I intended to throw her back this (CAN I SAY I MIND)
but I didn’t and answered politely: “Thank you, Miss. Then I will call you again tomorrow.” The phone hung up!

Afternoon on the next day – I called again the 016-XXX 7797.
JP: “Regarding my yesterday call about the issue in Tmn Sri Sentosa. Drains system failure. Mosquitoes grow a lot with biting children…..”Sara: “Oh.. (ya) ….but that area is under another ADUN. The (Keadilan) Dr. Xavier. You call him.”
(Oh My Gosh! Now only she’s saying this, after all my photo shot postings and correspondences in Charles Santiago Facebook…)

JP: “ok. What number I should call?”
Sara: “wait….call this 03-XXXX 4595 the ADUN office”. Phone hangs up (without HER hesitating).

I called the 03 without hesitating too. After several times trying, then got through. They gave me another number to call due to their fixed line problem (phone line disruption).

What the hell? Couldn’t they fix their line? This reminds me when I needed to call certain authority board the time we was having BN’s governance. Let me know whoever able to call through the 1800 JPJ complaint-number pasted on every registered lorry? I thought Pakatan should be better in handling this.

“Call to SUK office – 03-XXXX 7306” The one in the ADUN office told.
By the way, who can tell what the hell is this [SUK] means for? (please la, I am just an ordinary citizen - who have voted for yours)

Then I called and they gave me another number (again) 019-XXX 7246 to call their “action-taking / task force” guy – Mr Raju. She said this guy will HELP.
(Actually, who is HELPING who? I scratching my head. In this type of public concern issue, I’m forwarding them this piece of “recipe” which they might getting well political mileage if they settle the complaint (off course, by calling whole gang of reporters to publish in news media);

(but sigh and damned they behaved like we ought to beg them for clearing help!)
I, as not a resident in that area but just coincidental discovered that sucking drains, was eagerly to forward this issue to respectful people’s representative (state government) for unnecessary rising of serious matter (likes dengue death); but this folk of "arrogantist" just keeping their arrogant with showing their moron attitude acting like “superman”!
(My goodness) ok, fine. Nonetheless, it’s half way now…so, I ticked on my phone again. What would happened if I just cut save my phone bill here ? Would these arrogantist inform their Pakatan’s comrades ? Aren’t they in the same coalition governing the state ?
I ticked on my phone again with dialing that number given(019-XXXX 7246) >
JP: “Hello, Mr Raju ?”
Raju: “Yes”
JP: “It’s regarding ….bla..bla..bla (the same sentence I had repeated for many times)”
JP: “…and there are some photos shot pasted in this blog at > http://jp3rdparty.blogspot.com/2009/07/by-jp-these-are-sick-drains-longkang-in.html indicating clearly which streets having drain failure problem”
Raju: “ok. We will send people to check.”
JP: “Thank you very much, Mr Raju.” still with my heart of grateful after his PKR’s type of soft talk.
“By the way, you are Dr. Xavier’s ….. ?”


Raju: “I am aide (assistant) to Dr. Xavier”

And this time, hopefully thing get done with Mr. Raju’s sounded politely and convincible.
After a week, I called Mr Raju again.
JP: “Hello, Mr Raju.”, “How is the progress on my last week compliant about longkang in Tmn Sri Sentosa?”
Raju: “Oh, ya. Regarding this matter. We are going to that area tomorrow.(MPK and YB) are going together.”
Was I overheard that YB Dr. Xavier is going too?
JP: “Great to hear that. Remember to shoot some nice photos then paste onto YB’s blog to let us know what is the outcome and solution.”
Early, I checked YB Dr. Xavier’s blogsite and its telling that YB Dr. Xavier is holding another post extremely-related to my complaint – Selangor state Executive Council (EXCO) for Health. That’s great, with his concern in health sector, I believed he absolutely don’t want any flying kite numbers in dengue cases.
“Thanks again, Mr. Raju.” I grate him.

We (me and my contact lives there) waited until the next day, but they sang us a James Bond’s song - [Tomorrow Never Come] !
I called Mr Raju on the spot.

Raju: “I personally had drop by to see the situation there. And we will forward complaint to MPK (Majlis Perbandaran Klang). Things will be settled.”
Really? I started to doubt … early he said MPK and YB should dropped by and checked…..was I overheard ?
Then we waited for another week. Thing NOT yet been settled! Drains still badly smeary disgusting, mosquitoes still flying in thousands in every evening and worst still after each rainy day, water floated up with worms sticking and jigging beside the drains – some dying and drying inside residents’ houses!
We can’t wait anymore and I decided to call news media this time.
(Some might have curious why we didn’t call MPK directly.) Well, I leave it to be answered by imaginations of you all. It will justify on level of maturity and political mind-set growth after the last Tsunami election where we had changed this state government to be a (opposition) – Pakatan state for the first time ever in Selangor. We thought it’s different from BN.

We were not expecting them to be “Superman” especially just right after taking role in state Selangor.
Still considering NEW after one year?!! Acceptable.
Council members or enforcement department still occupied by Umnoputras (as said by one of my brilliant buddy in Facebook) – causing these Pakatan’s ADUN obstacle to delegate job downward? What nonsense? After a whole year, still the same situation?
..ok! then just sit comfortably there and do nothing! See how these Umnoputra (if there’re really exist) as you said will transmitting such “goodnews” to their mastermind and how will these all morons be pin-pointed in the next election!(This was what I thought then, that’s why I was being sooOooOoo friendly to notify these Pakatan’s morons. But now I am almost being an Umno-helping hand in putting all this in letter words. Who fault? Who forced? )

Somewhere back in between month end of July and beginning of August.
I called the Star (which is a pro-BN news media as perception by most of us).
But then, the editor gave me few “helpful numbers”…..

Editor: “You may call to Ronnie Liu. He is the one monitoring (in-charge) for all (Pakatan) ADUNs’ performances in state.”
(I never knew got such a post to monitor other ADUNs’s performance) ??
"His number 012-XXX 3656 and office 03-XXXX 7150.”

I was surprised too why the editor was being so “nice” without publishing this “demolishing” news but given me Ronnie’s number; maybe he was a “Trojan horse” !??

I called then.

JP: “Hello, can I speak to YB Ronnie ? Ronnie Liu ?”
Daniel: “YB is in the middle of discussion. I am Daniel, assistant to YB. What it is regarding?”
JP: “Chinese? Mandarin ok?” *(this time, thought of using my mother tongue as my Engrand level low and that’s why that Mr Raju might have gone somewhere else)

Daniel: “yes, Chinese.”
JP: “it’s regarding …bla..bla..bla..(repeated, and again – til now, wondering how many times I had mentioned this)”

(as translated from Mandarin)
JP: “……..and I had also spoken to Dr. Xavier’s aide - Mr Raju, regarding this matter.”
Daniel: “We will raise a complaint letter to MPK.”
(Still, with a different hope falls to a different party-DAP this time, I grateful to Daniel)

Somewhere in the middle of August, I called back the Daniel’s number.
Surprisingly, who do you think answered the phone?

JP: “Hello, can I speak to Daniel?”
XXX: “What is it regarding?”
(sounded a big different with Daniel’s type of soft volume, this time the one answering sounded hard and firm volume like a Tai-Ko )

so I asked: “Is this YB Liu ?”
XXX: “ha. Huh. (he wasn’t laugh. You know, it’s a bit like admitting to my question)”
XXX: “Who is this?”
JP: “I called Daniel weeks ago. Regarding sick drains issue in Tmn Sri Sentosa, Klang.”
XXX: “I’m in a hospital now, I can’t talk.”
JP: “I’ll call you back tomorrow.”

I got know about this moron’s aide being admitted to a hospital due to that “loyal” aide refusing to follow ICAC officers back for investigation, only after I hung up phone and read a web news. My heartiest sympathy to his aide too but no sorry to the moron.
I called him again the following days.
JP: “Regarding sick drains in Tmn Sri Sentosa”
XXX: “I can’t talk now. In a meeting.”
(WATA FUCK!!! I tended to throw him back this word. How should I knew when is the best time to call; why don’t this mind retarded people’s representative serves to reply my call whenever he’s free of being moron ??!!! )
This time, still without saying any bad-bad word to him, to behave in “pretending” politely (sigh…they even can’t pretend as good as me), I just hung up the phone without saying any word!

This is the end ~.. this is a real ending for all moron servings, even most of us don’t wish to see it’s an ending for Pakatan governance in Selangor!Post Note: now I know why the Star’s editor directed me to call Ronnie, don’t you?

NOTE (again): This was the reason I had created a group in Facebook to shout loud to these morons [say NO to “gaji buta” ADUN / MP] and up-to-date its membership figuring 300 only, with ordinary citizens, voters and even Pakatan – DAP’s and PKR’s are joining too. I can assure you, after my written of this, bundles of them might just quit due to:
1. Conflict to their rules of conduct of each political party accordingly, where what I condemning was their Pakatan’s comrades;
2. Completed their info news-spying onto their opponent party’s opinion.
But, still many others will keep staying as:
1. It is their right of freedom to join any other non-partisan group (my group stated clearly – we will condemn BN’s too if they tagged “gaji buta”);
2. They know that I am non-partisan and just an ordinary voter, where they will treat my written as an alarm to alert their comrades.And I hope more and more of my precious readers will join the group too as you may encounter similar constrained situation too one day, who knows?
